Big Red Star Christmas Quilt and table runner.

I used charm packs and followed the Big Charm Star Quilt tutorial. I had so much fun loved making it. Then I got carried away I also made a table runner and mug rugs from the charms. This was a really fun Christmas project.

Go Ducks!

This quilt was sent to Kevin the shuttle driver in Portland OR after his horrific accident in September 2014. Kevin is a huge Oregon Duck fan, and this green and yellow quilt had been hanging unfinished waiting for the right person to need a cuddle.

I just love Jenny Doans tutorials and even thought I am an experienced quilter and have made many many quilts, I love her quilts and the simplicity of a lot of them but looks to be a difficult pattern when finished I have to make nearly everything she teaches. For My Mom

I made this quilt from Rachel Ashwell fabrics for my Mom's 86th Birthday. My Mom loves quilts but doesn't sew a stitch. It was the first full-size quilt I ever attempted and I was pretty scared working with all that expensive fabric. It turned out perfectly, my Mom loved it and I went on to make three more large quilts. I use a Husqvarna Lily 550 to quilt.
